Mila has a strong sense of the sacred she is is a wise, compassionate woman with a good sense of humour she teaches Ecstatic Awakening Dance™, Yoga and Yoga Nidra she loves to be in the Wild it is her passion she is by nature and deep ecology.
Currently, she lives in Devon, near Totnes. She teaches locally and in Poland.
