Hi, my name is Naz and I have to say that from the very first beat of the music, I was hooked to Ecstatic Awakening Dance™.
My experience of aliveness, joy and freedom whilst dancing is something I have never experienced in my life until Ecstatic Awakening Dance™. To really land in my body and embody all that I am in such a gift and is all-consuming. I find that Ecstatic Awakening Dance™ bypasses my thinking mind; I feel energised, ecstatic and enthused with being here, being me and being in my body.
I am so excited to be bringing this dance to Avebury and sharing it with you. I look forward to you joining me in dancing to the song of your soul and experiencing the joy of being you.
