Sarah, lives and works in the Wye Valley and runs Ecstatic Awakening Dance Sessions in Brockweir, Wye Valley. She is a mother of 3, has had a lifetimes work using her head and then through re-training as a body-worker and massage therapist discovered the joy and freedom of being in and working with her body.
Sarah is really excited to be running Ecstatic Awakening Dance sessions. Both in the bodywork and the ecstatic awakening dance she feels that using free movement in the body is a doorway to really experiencing life. By having the chance to move freely Sarah believes we can find the beauty, wonder and intricacies of our embodied selves, however physically or emotionally broken we feel. To be holding space for people where this door is open is an honor and a privilege.
