Rozz McDonald is a qualified Occupational Therapist with 18 years experience working in a range of Health and Social care settings. She is trained to level IV in Usui Reiki, and an Ecstatic Awakening Dance Teacher with the school of Ecstatic Movement. Big Beats Dance is designed to encourage people with body image issues, low self-confidence and self-esteem to participate in physical exercise, in the form dance meditation for both physical and emotional health using the Ecstatic Awakening Dance method™.
Classes run on a Monday in Oxford from 7-8.30pm @ the ARkT centre on Crowell Road, Cowley, OX4 3LN
