I came to this method whilst journeying through Self-Love and Empowerment, and after trying 5 Rhythms found the Ecstatic Awakening Dance™ method. With Shamanic Roots at the core, Ecstatic Awakening Dance™ synergizes my Visual Art practice and development of my holistic teaching philosophy. It is allowing me to connect with CommUnities and Individuals in an Epic way, unfolding the layers of this Reality, one Dance at a time.
