Lorraine has been a health and fitness teacher since 2005 with qualifications and experience in a wide range of styles from Aqua fit to Zumba.
She is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher, Lifestyle Guru, Meditation Teacher and Low Back Pain Specialist.
She has been a healer since 1998 and in 2017 Lorraine became a Reiki Master, training with The Usui Shiki Ryoho system.
When Lorraine learned about Ecstatic Awakening Dance she found it embodied everything she believed about health and wellness in one beautiful and transformational package.
Also known as Rainebeau to her dancing tribe, Lorraine is taking Ecstatic Awakening Dance to health and wellness festivals across the country to share the amazing healing journey she experienced by becoming a qualified teacher.
