Hi! I Am Kate, a passionate, loving woman committed to a path of service, offering holistic opportunities to connect with self and others in a variety of transformational ways.
Amongst the many hats I wear, I am a performance poet, true life storyteller, workshop facilitator and host of Wild Words & Wisdom; an intimate evening of poetry, story and song for women.
I love being in tune with nature and often incorporate the land and seasons into the dance, inviting others to explore their personal landscapes within. Through my own experiences with EAD, I saw the beauty and transformation that can be found within once we surrender and let go of all that keeps us stuck, to the acceptance of all that is. Therefore, I am delighted to bring Ecstatic Herts: Ecstatic Awakening Dance to Hertfordshire and my toolbox of transformation!
My 2-hour classes are fun and informal yet held with a deep reverence for the EAD method and creating space for the movement of change. So I welcome you to join me along this journey to awaken our true nature and open our hearts to the joy within, through the wonderful dance of life.
