It’s up to you how long you would like to take. I personally would recommend taking 13 weeks this will mean you can stay in the flow completing one component a week with about an hour a day spent on practicing your learnings and journaling your experience. The beauty of this however is that you can really go at your own pace, and if you are juggling many aspects of your life, you can carve out the time whenever you can.
