Hey, I’m Carmen, an Ecstatic Awakening Dance™ Teacher. I am also a Dance as Medicine Facilitator, Conscious Dance Facilitator and Ecstatic Dance DJ, Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, Life and Nutrition Coach and Osho Active Meditations™ Facilitator.
I have always loved dancing, music and mixing songs. When I discovered music and movement as a method for self-healing and self-development I fell in love with it.
I offer dance journeys and active meditations for growth and transformation.
If you want to experience the medicine of dance, breath, and movement, release stuck energy and express yourself in a safe environment, have lots of fun and be part of a community join my classes.
I run classes and workshops in person in Ireland and in Spain, and online in both languages English and Spanish.
