Why 21? Thats the golden number recommended by yogis for Millenia to feel the benefit of a practice.

 

Why up to 15 mins? Well technically you need to shake for 12 as the fascia needs this amount of time to fully relax and allow the shake to really get deep into the muscles and bone.
