Everyone is welcome, wherever you are and whatever reason has brought you here. All we ask of you is that you come into the training with openness, curiosity, a willingness to learn, a readiness to witness what might come up in yourself, and to hold yourself with kindness as you explore the power of movement, breath and rhythm and the Ecstatic Awakening Dance Process.
Why do we need that from you? Well, these are the qualities you are going to need to be able to be a grounded, confident, empowered and knowledgeable Ecstatic Awakening Dance Teacher. Inviting people to be to drop down out of their busy thinking minds into their beautiful bodies and really let go and surrender in a safe, nurturing space.
On-line tuition:
You will be given access to our online learning platform where the syllabus will be accessed in an easy to follow format, along with the community forum. We will meet once monthly via zoom which you can access from your computer, tablet or phone, on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6.30pm (London Time ) This will be open to students and Practitioners of Ecstatic Awakening Dance as we hold an on-line sharing circle and witness each other as we grow and transform together.
Course work:
The course-work materials are modular and it is asked that you follow them in sequence to get the most out of the training. You will be required to do all the homework, Including journaling, meditations, visualisations and processes to deepen your experience with your body and the dance.
All the coursework has been mapped in this training so that each module gives you insights and background information about why this method works so fundamentally to shift your whole life. Increasing your awareness, experience and knowledge with leading edge scientific research backed theoretical information. You will also receive an EAD Facilitator’s manual, a copy of Amoda’s E book “Moving into Ecstasy” originally published by Thornton’s in 2002, MP3 “Ecstasy” by “Amoda and the transformers”
What is expected of you?
Primarily the course work is to give you a theoretical framework why transformation happens from a physiological, emotional and spiritual standpoint, experiencing the method is where 99% of the wisdom will come from.

This intakes residential module is in Hertfordshire South of England.
The all-inclusive Residential Retreat will be on a working organic farm in rural Hertfordshire 19th – 23rd June 2024. Here you will be nurtured Mind, Body, Heart and Soul by the farm Community, cozy campfire conversations, and our dynamic integrated approach to ceremony, dance and healing.
This retreat gives you the keys to unlocking your unique brilliance, which includes the ability to be present, to be passionate and to connect directly with the people in your life. You will be “fired up” to uncover your unique gifts and take action to bring them into the world. You will also have ample time for relaxation and to enjoy the beautiful energy of the land around us.
